Our goal is to help animals in need.

I rebuilt this site as a 12 year wedding anniversary gift for my wife, Kathy.  She is a truly a wonderful person and is very compassionate towards animals.

It is important to point out that we are not a charity and we do not accept donations.  If you are interested in donating, please donate directly to one of the many charities listed within our site.

How will this site help animals?

First, hopefully this site will help animals by making more people aware of the issues.

Second, hopefully this site will generate income that we can donate.

How can you help?

I’m going to ask that you stop by at least once a month and vote for your favorite animal charity.  The voting results will determine how we allocate our own personal donations.  You will need to register with just a “user” name and an email address so that we can keep track of the votes.  While we might send you a monthly news update that you can “opt out” of at any time, we will not sell or give your email address to anyone.

Please share your favorite pet photo, comments and questions throughout our site.  I am also requesting that you tell all of your family and friends about “Pics for Paws”.  A few minutes of your time can help animals in need.
